# Zebra Home Cinema

One-line: Independent home cinema and luxury AV advisory — worldwide, with established networks in Ontario, Canada and the United Kingdom.

## What we do

Zebra Home Cinema is an independent advisory service that helps homeowners design, specify, and oversee high-end home cinema and luxury media room projects. We are paid directly by the client, which keeps our recommendations aligned with the client's budget and room — never with an external incentive.

We work in two roles:

1. As a **pre-build advisor**, we sit between the client, the architect, and the integrator before any equipment is specified. We define the brief, set the budget, design the acoustic and sight-line geometry, and translate the client's vision into a technical specification the trade can quote against.
2. As a **concierge through the build**, we audit specifications from competing integrators, sit in on design meetings, run independent calibration checks, and protect the client from the most common cost overruns and post-install regrets.

## Pricing model

We are not a fixed-price service. Engagements are scoped per-project on either a flat retainer (typical for full-build advisory engagements over £250K hardware budget) or a phased-fee basis (typical for shorter consulting engagements). The first conversation is always free.
