In many luxury residential projects, audio is still treated as a technical add-on.
By the time systems are introduced:
• Room proportions are fixed
• Materials are already chosen
• Key decisions can’t be undone
The result is often compromise — both visually and acoustically.
The best projects take a different approach.
Cinema, media and listening spaces are considered early, alongside architecture and interiors — allowing everything to work together from the outset.
The difference isn’t subtle.
It’s the difference between something that looks good…
and something that truly performs.
